Notes: Orange pages are illustrations. four of the deleted pages are unneeded blank pages. Teh map on pages 40-41 crosses over the gutter. On pages 72, illustration goes tot he outer edges f the page. On pages 78-79 Chart crosses over gutter. Tight binding Narrow margins Glare Many pages were difficult to read. I fixed some then would check newly scanned pages to find them hard to read.
